Baku City Tour

Guide and driver will meet you in the hotel lobby to start the tour

Walking sightseeing tour in Icheri Sheher with a visit to the Maiden’s tower (XII century), Juma mosque (XII century), Caravanserai (XIV-XV centuries)

Excursion to the museum palace complex of the Shirvanshahs (XV century)

For lunch we stop at one of the famous national restaurants. National dishes, “Dyushbara and Saj Ichi.” Dyushbara is a dish of Azerbaijani cuisine. It is a broth with small dumplings with lots of seasonings. Saj – a delicious dish of Azerbaijani cuisine from lamb, veal or chicken, which is prepared in the pan of the same name (additionally paid on the spot on the menu)

Walking through the streets of new Baku, the architectural feature of which combines the eclecticism of styles of the 19-20 centuries:

A visit to the Highland Park, which offers a beautiful view of the city.

Climbing the stairs higher and higher, you are like climbing a mountain. Your chest is filled with the cool and refreshing air of the highlands, your wings are spread, and you are like a bird soaring over this ancient majestic city.

Dinner at the national restaurant: on the first evening you will try the Dovga soup. It is good because it is beautiful both in hot form and in cold form. Next Dolma from grape leaves. (Dolma is rightfully considered the queen of Caucasian dishes. Dolma is a dish that represents grape leaves stuffed with minced meat).

Walk along the Seaside Boulevard and a boat trip and a tea ceremony.

Coming to Baku you should definitely visit the Seaside Boulevard. Visitors to the city will find many attractive places here: museums, attractions, parks, cafes, restaurants and much more. The boulevard itself is unusually beautiful and diverse. Its central part amazes with the richness of greenery and flowers, and the steps of the coastal strip end right at the sea water. There are a variety of restaurants on the coast where you can enjoy hot tea and get acquainted with the tea culture of Azerbaijan closer.

Day 3
Baku City Tour

Meeting in the hotel lobby with a guide and a driver and the start of the tour.

Excursion to the Museum of History of Azerbaijan.

The museum building was built in 1891, and was the home of one of the Baku millionaires G.Z. Tagiyev. Walking tour with sightseeing in Baku during the First Oil Boom era – a walking tour introducing the history and architecture of the city from the late XIX-early XX centuries (Istiglaliet Street (Independence)

Lyavyangi (Lyavyangi is a dish common in Azerbaijan. It is a filling for chicken and fish. This is often called the whole dish, which includes this filling.) Next, the second dish is dolma from vegetables. The people call this dish “Three Sisters” (“uch badji”), referring to the number of main ingredients: eggplant, tomatoes and bell pepper.

Visit to the Heydar Aliyev Center.

This building is admired by everyone: those who visited Baku more than once, and those who came to us for the first time. Designed by the famous Zaha Hadid, the Heydar Aliyev Center immediately appeared on the lists of the most amazing buildings of the 21st century.

Departure for farewell dinner and Wine Tour
